With 13 years of experience in high-growth and multi-entity environments, I’ve partnered with executive leaders to address complex people challenges, strengthen HR operations, and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
As the HR leader for MBE CPAs and its affiliate group of 250+ employees across multiple states, I oversee the full HR function, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation strategy, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. My background centers on building scalable HR frameworks—introducing effective people programs, designing competitive total rewards structures, leading firmwide initiatives, and supporting leaders in creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
In addition to my internal role, I also lead MBE’s HR consulting arm, Workforce Solutions, which supports CPA firms and other organizations in enhancing their people practices through outsourced HR, recruiting, and strategic HR projects. This work allows me to support both our internal teams and the broader professional community with practical, people-first solutions.
