As the Administrative Manager, I lead our Administration staff and department which includes client service, billing and accounts receivable, human resources, and support for sales & marketing as well as IT. Additionally, I focus on process management, software implementation, and learning and development.
My elementary education degree and teaching experience lends me the necessary skills for training and onboarding staff. My background in retail and HR gives me an affinity for staff engagement and client experience.
In my free time I enjoy cooking with my husband, board games and jigsaw puzzles, boating on the lake, or visiting family and friends.
