As Administrative Manager I wear many hats in my firm. I primarily lead and manage the administrative team and handle departmental strategy of the administrative function. Some of my other primary functions are HR (recruiting, hiring, onboarding), firm reporting and database management, process management, and client and staff engagement.
My elementary education degree and teaching experience lends me the necessary skills for training and onboarding staff. My background in retail and HR gives me an affinity for staff engagement and client experience.
