As Administrative Manager I wear many hats in my firm. I lead and manage the administrative team and departmental strategy of the administrative function. I co-manage Human Resources through learning & development, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Additionally, I focus on process management and software implementation and training.
My elementary education degree and teaching experience lends me the necessary skills for training and onboarding staff. My background in retail and HR gives me an affinity for staff engagement and client experience.
In my free time I enjoy cooking with my husband, board games and jigsaw puzzles, boating on the lake, or visiting family and friends.
