Hi CPA Community and Friends! We are a 14 office firm in 4 states. We currently have an Inclement Weather Policy that states the office will be WFH if that city's public school district is closed. It also states that if employees go in on their own free will they will need to have the front door open and ready to receive clients. We are getting some pushback on the closing when school's close criteria. What are other multi-location practices doing in these situations? Do you just rely on someone in the office or do you have a set criteria? And, who monitors it? Thanks!!
