  • 1.  Required Hours for Salaried Employees

    We would like to add the required number of hours a salaried employee needs to work in a calendar year to our employee manual.  If you have any sample verbiage for this, I would appreciate it.  Also, how many hours do you require?  We currently require a total of 2300.  This includes billable and non-billable time.

    Our Firm requires 2,210 but encourages more.
